MARIANNA MONAGHAN

Thirteen years ago, Marianna came to China to teach kids design, to see the world, and to have an adventure. She had no plans to stay away from my home – Russia – for a very long. But she met my husband there – a funny American guy and decided to stay.

With her husband, she travelled a lot, lived in different cities, and found many friends. In 2018 they settled in Hong Kong with their three kids and complicated dog which they are learning to love…

In Russia, Marianna worked as an advertising designer and photographer in a theatre workshop, as well as doing some commissioned illustrations from time-to-time.
